Kathy, Office Administrator

What do you most enjoy about working at Black Mountain Family Dentistry?

I love working with our dentist, Dr. Andreea Torok, and the patients in her practice. I enjoy assisting the staff in providing our patients with information and oral health awareness regarding the extensive list of services available at this dental office.

What's your previous experience and background

Being in the work force for 30+ years I assisted several businesses, including a CPA office, a dental practice, and a steel fabricator business. Since being in Colorado, I have concentrated solely as a Dental Practice Administrator, providing insurance filing, patient wellness information, and office management.

What hobbies do you enjoy?

Being outdoors in Colorado is always on the agenda for me-a little snow skiing, mild hikes, and bicycling are some of the activities I enjoy.

What do you most enjoy about working at Black Mountain Family Dentistry?

I enjoy working with my team, Kathy, and Dr. Torok. I also enjoy the patients and the variety of procedures that we provide.

What's your previous experience and background

2016-2020: I was a Swim Lesson Instructor and Lifeguard with a CPR certification and still maintain. Then in 2020-2021, I was a Sterile Tech/Hygiene Assistant. In 2021, I became a Dental Assistant, providing services for several practices. Currently, I have been with Dr. Torok and Black Mountain Family Dentistry for 2+ years.

What hobbies do you enjoy?

I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, including my dog, Ario. Watching the Denver Nuggets as well as trying out new restaurants in the Denver area is also something I enjoy.
